“She was asking for it”. Really? Can you really blame an individual for someone else’s lack of control? The mere fact that a woman is more likely to be assaulted if she wears certain types of clothing does not make it right. She could walk around naked and that still doesn’t excuse rape. The solution to the problem is not for women to “dress less slutty” but for men to realize that a woman’s choice of dress is not an open invitation to sexual assault.

This picture is false and has been debunked a long time ago.
Please refrain from touting it as some form of triumphant ownership of veganism.

Here in the uk we have a supermarket called the cooperative that sells anything you can think of that is cosmetic, domestic or other, and fair trade groceries, they don’t test on animals and all of their products are buav approved since 1985. All their products are labelled with this and tell the customer if they have animal ingredients, and all their food and alcohol is labelled if suitable for vegans or not. They are amazing, and they honestly make life easier. I get a lot of my household supplies and beauty supplies from here and the odd bottle of wine ;) I do understand the statement the picture is trying to make but it’s not always as hard as it seems to try and live a cruelty free life, or at least make a few changes :)
